Return and Prospection Policy

At YO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return or exchange any item within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our official channels.

Prospection Option (On-Delivery Inspection):

• If you would like to inspect the items before confirming the purchase upon delivery, you can choose the Prospection Option.

• In this case, you will need to prepay the delivery fees via Instapay or Vodafone Cashbefore shipping.

• Once the fees are received, we will proceed with the shipment and allow you to inspect the order upon arrival.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
